Athletic body types generally have a desirable ‘v-shaped’ torso, and wide thighs.

This means that the upper body and thighs are larger than those of the average guy, but the waist remains slim.

Because of this, athletic guys are usually forced to buy jeans that are too wide in the waist, and tops that are boxy and ‘tent-like’—all in order to accommodate a muscular frame.

If you have ever had to size up your jeans in the waist to fit your thighs, you probably have an athletic body type.

WHAT IS MUSCLE FIT?
