Shipping policy

 We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, a set of Europe Priority countries, and internationally to the rest of the world. UK orders, Europe Priority orders, and US orders over $80 ship free. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of receipt; orders placed after 12:00 GMT/BST are processed the next business day. All orders are tracked. Items are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre or our fulfilment centre in China depending on destination, so delivery times and any import duties vary by region. Please contact us before opening any payment dispute over a delayed or missing order.
