You can return any product ordered - even if it's discounted. We will accept the return if the items are in saleable condition.

UK: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer free UK returns and exchanges.

US & Rest Of World: At this time we do not offer free returns and exchanges from the rest of the world. Any costs and duties incurred with returns will solely be your responsibility. Please make sure you fill out any customs forms correctly and mark the order as returned items on the customs form. This will avoid duties as they re-enter the UK.

Please note all items must be unworn, unwashed and have all labels intact and on the garment – re-sale ready. Items which do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a full refund/exchange.

If your order qualified for the bundles, for example "2 pairs of jeans for £119", then you request a refund for some products, your order will be recalculated dependant on what you have kept. Your order price will be re-calculated given the offers and prices available at the time you placed your original order.

For example, if you bought 2 jeans and qualify for the discount, then returned one of the jeans and kept only 1 item, you would have to pay up to the normal price of the goods you kept (including the discounted price if bought in a sale). In this case, you would no longer qualify for the bundle discount.

Athletic body types have a desirable V shape to their frame. This means athletic bodies have a large ‘drop’ between their chest to waist measurements. Average guys may have an 0-2″ drop, with a 36″ chest and 34″ waist. While athletic shapes will have a much larger drop, around 6-10″, between their chest and waist measurements. For example, an athletic guy may have a 40″ chest and 32″ waist.
