Extended Holiday Returns
Any order placed between November 21st - December 31st can be returned until January 31st. This way you can purchase our products for gifts and return them until the end of January.
Extra Dispatch Time
Given the uptick in orders during our Blackout Week Sale, please allow us 2-7 working days to dispatch your order. This is considerably longer than our normal 24hr dispatch service level. Thanks for your patience at this busy time.
Please note we're unable to make any changes to your shipping information once the order has been placed.
USA Standard Shipping (7-15 Working Days) – Free
Sent via standard international freight (tracked parcel service) from our fulfilment centre in China.
USA Express Shipping (4-8 Working Days) – $25.00+
Sent via international premium parcel (tracked parcel service) from our fulfilment centre in China. The final shipping price is based on the weight of your order.
UK Standard Shipping (2-5 Working Days) – Free
Sent via Royal Mail (48hr tracked parcel service) from our fulfilment centre in the UK.
UK Express Shipping (Next working day, must order before 12pm) – £3.99
Sent via Royal Mail Express (next working day, tracked parcel service) from our fulfilment centre in the UK.
Europe Priority: Germany, France, Ireland, Austria, Netherlands, Norway, Spain (5-16 Working Days) – Free
Free shipping is available for customers in Germany, France, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Austria, Netherlands, Norway, Serbia & Spain. Sent via Royal Mail from our fulfilment centre in the UK. Please be patient with deliveries, as they are not a 1-2 day service.
International Shipping (5-21 Working Days) – $25.00+
All other international orders will be sent via international premium parcel (tracked parcel service) from our fulfilment centre in China. The final shipping price is based on the weight of your order. Delivery times shall differ from country to country depending on the efficiency of your local service.
All UK orders do not incur any import duties or taxes.
Our products are shipped from the UK and China. Please be aware that any duties or taxes your country of residence charges during transit are your responsibility – you can work out an [estimation here].
We fulfil UK orders from our warehouse in Lancashire, United Kingdom (UK).
We fulfil USA orders from both our warehouses in the UK and China.
We fulfil orders outside the UK from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China.
UK & USA Returns
We offer free UK & USA returns and exchanges. Please see the instructions on the tabs below.
If you request a refund this will take 5-10 working days to process once we have received the products in fully re-saleable condition. You shall receive an update email once your refund has been sent, or if we need to clarify any details. Please keep an eye on your emails at this stage.
Rest Of World Returns
At this time we do not offer free returns and exchanges from the rest of the world. Any costs and duties incurred with returns will solely be your responsibility. Please make sure you fill out any customs forms correctly and mark the order as returned items on the customs form. This will avoid duties as they re-enter the UK.
Warning: International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a £20 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Condition Of Returned Products
Please note all items must be unworn, unwashed and have all labels intact and on the garment – re-sale ready. Items which do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a full refund/exchange. If received in this condition they will be returned to the sender.
Sale Items
Orders made in a sale can be returned as normal, even if it's discounted. We will accept the return if the items are in saleable condition.
1. Complete Return Information
Please use the original packing slip as the return form, and make sure to include on this form which products you would like to return/exchange, so our fulfilment partner knows how to process the order.

Please make sure you have filled out the form completely for a seamless return and so our fulfilment partner can identify your order easily.

Download and print your return postage label and attach it to the outside of your package.

Send us your parcel from your local Post Office and please request a proof of postage. This is essential on the off chance your package goes missing. Locate your nearest Post Office branch for an easy return [here]
4. Aftercare: Exchange
If you would like an exchange, please take another look at our [size guide] and tell us which size you would like on your return form. Once we have your item(s), please allow up to 5-7 working days for us to process your refund/exchange. We can only exchange items if they’re in stock. You’ll get a confirmation email once your exchange is dispatched.

Fitizen doesn’t currently cover the costs of international returns. If you would like to make an international return/exchange (from locations outside the UK and USA) please get in touch at: info@fitizenjeans.com We’ll inform you where to send the products, depending on your location.
RETURNS ON ORDERS USING CODE '10%OFF', 'Free Bestseller' AND 'SAVE50'
If your order qualified for the code '10%OFF' or 'SAVE50' and you request a refund, your order will be recalculated dependant on what you have kept. Your order price will be re-calculated given the offers and prices available at the time you placed your original order.
For example, if you spend £200 and qualify for the '10%OFF' discount, then returned £100 worth of goods, you would have to pay up to the normal price of the goods you kept. In this case, you would no longer qualify for the 10% discount.
For 'SAVE50' discount, if you decide to return one pair of bottoms, you will pay full price for the pair you keep.
For the 'free bestseller' offer, if you decide to return items in your order which brings your order total below £200, you will need to return the free product with your return. Or you can choose to pay the price of the bestseller (the discounted price at the time of the sale) if you want to keep it and return the other items.
