Returns 
Period:Any order can be returned 30 days after receiving your package

Condition:Please note all items must be unworn, unwashed and have all labels intact and on the garment – re-sale ready. Items which do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a full refund/exchange.

Sale Items:Orders made in a sale can be returned as normal, even if it's discounted. We will accept the return if the items are in saleable condition.

UK Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer free UK returns and exchanges. Please see the procedure for this here:[Returns Page]

If you request a refund this will take 5-10 working days to process once we have received the products in fully re-saleable condition. You shall receive an update email once your refund has been sent, or if we need to clarify any details. Please keep an eye on your emails at this stage.

USA & Rest Of World
At this time we do not offer free returns and exchanges from the USA and the rest of the world. Any costs and duties incurred with returns will solely be your responsibility. Please make sure you fill out any customs forms correctly and mark the order as returned items on the customs form. This will avoid duties as they re-enter the UK.

International Returns Due To Refusal To Pay Import Taxes ⚠️
Customs charges are mandatory for many imports from Fitizen. The customer is responsible for all customs, import, and regulatory fees. If these are not paid and the item is refused: The shipment may be disposed of by customs, in which case no refund will be issued. If the shipment is returned to us, a handling and processing fee of $50 USD will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, you will only receive 50% of the item value as a partial refund to cover expenses and charges Fitizen will receive for your refusal of delivery. By placing an order, you accept these conditions and confirm that you understand the import responsibilities involved.

If your order qualified for the code '10%OFF' or 'SAVE50' or added a free product to your order, then you request a refund, your order will be recalculated dependant on what you have kept. Your order price will be re-calculated given the offers and prices available at the time you placed your original order.

For example, if you bought 3+ products and qualify for the 20% off discount, then returned most of the order and kept 2 items, you would have to pay up to the normal price of the goods you kept. In this case, you would no longer qualify for the 20% discount.

For 'SAVE50' discount, if you decide to return one pair of bottoms, you will pay full price for the pair you keep.

For the 'free bestseller' discount, if you decide to return items in your order which brings your order total below £200/$250, you will need to return the free product with your return. Or you can choose to pay the price of the bestseller (the discounted price at the time of the sale) if you want to keep it and return the other items.
